About
Masterflow

Masterflow Australia is an innovative leader in providing high-quality solutions and unparalleled HVACR services across Australia and New Zealand. They specialize in complex heating and cooling systems for industrial plants and large-scale factories.

To support their engineers and architects, Masterflow required a sophisticated digital tool capable of facilitating educated decisions about system components based on complex parameters like motor speed, airflow, and pressure.

We partnered with Masterflow to bridge the gap between legacy desktop limitations and modern web accessibility, ensuring their precision engineering could be accessed from anywhere.

Transforming a heavy, legacy desktop system into a high-performance web application without losing precision or data integrity.

MasterFlow Australia already had a desktop legacy system in use. Our challenge was to recreate an application that would not run on a standalone desktop but be available on the web and accessible to all.

Another critical challenge was to transfer the complex features, specialized functionality, and the massive database from the legacy system to the new application. This required a more refined architecture and a robust database design to facilitate high-end engineering calculations.

Services Offered

Web App Development

Rebuilding a legacy desktop tool into a modern, accessible web-based application.

Algorithm Integration

Implementing complex engineering logic for airflow, pressure, and motor speed calculations.

Cloud Infrastructure

Designing a scalable and secure backend architecture hosted on Microsoft Azure.

Database Migration

Transferring massive legacy datasets into a refined and optimized SQL Server structure.

The Solution.

Our team built "PipeMASTER," a sophisticated web application using Angular and Node.js. By leveraging Microsoft Azure, we transformed MasterFlow's internal processes, ensuring that complex HVACR engineering calculations are accurate, accessible, and fast.
